Payment & Reservation Policies

Payment is due upon receipt to confirm date, letters, and signatures. If payment is not made by the deadline, the invoice will be cancelled.

Yard Art Ninjas reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Delivery, Set-Up, and Pick-Up

Important: If you have a lawn crew scheduled, please ensure they come before we set up your greeting.

Yard Card greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

We typically deliver and set up your greeting in the late morning to early afternoon on the day before your event or celebration. We understand many clients want their greeting installed before the end of the school day, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate this preference.

Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to severe or hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.

A small business sign identifying "Yard Art Ninjas" as the display provider will be placed out of the way of your greeting. PLEASE DO NOT throw these away. There will be a $20 fee to replace it.

Greeting pick-up will occur the evening of your event AFTER 7 PM. If you need additional hours or days for your display, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

Yard Card Ninjas and its representatives are not responsible for injury or damage caused during the set-up or removal of any rental.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking: You may receive a refund of 50% of your booking rate. Alternatively, you may leave the full amount as credit for a future booking, subject to availability.

No lawn displays will be set up during inclement weather, including lightning or thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, or any other Act of God that could cause harm to the display or our team.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

If the client provides the wrong address.

If the homeowner requests the display be removed.

If access is denied to a gated community.
-
If animals prevent the display from being set up.
-
For any circumstances out of our control that prevent the display from being set up.
